How To Make Money with Airbnb

Investing In Airbnb Business

Airbnb has become a widely recognized name in the travel industry, providing a platform for both travelers to find accommodation and hosts to offer their homes to guests.

Despite being around since 2007, Airbnb only went public in December 2020, and its stock has been volatile, with shares ranging from $220 to $130 in the past year.

In its third quarter results, Airbnb saw impressive growth, with revenue, net income, and free cash flow increasing by 67%, 280%, and 58% respectively compared to the third quarter of 2020.

The company’s booked nights and experiences grew by 29% year-over-year, and the gross booking value (the dollar value of bookings) increased by 48%.

Airbnb has also become more efficient, with a gross margin of 87% and a decrease in costs and expenses as a percentage of revenue from 69% in Q3 2020 to 62% in Q2 2021. These strong financial results and operational improvements may make Airbnb a good investment option for some.
